Brewing
Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1 to 1 1/2 tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 95C, over the leaves. Infuse for 5-7 minutes, serve and re-steep with freshly boiled water. Can be infused a number of times.
