Nettle Leaves
Description
Nettle leaf tea is a soothing and revitalizing infusion derived from the nutrient-rich leaves of the stinging nettle plant. With a delicate, earthy flavor, try adding slice of lemon. NOTE If you are pregnant, or may be, do not consume until seeking advice from a Health Professional.
Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1-2 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the spearmint and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
