Description
This well oxidised Formosa oolong hails from the Nantou District in Taiwan. The more savoury notes of this tea perfectly match the 'marmalade on toast' taste of the orange.
Brewing
Use 1-2 tsp per cup or teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes.
