Hibiscus has been used to ease indigestion, relieve colds and respiratory trouble, and is said to aid circulation. Hibiscus is also a natural source of Vitamin C.
Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the hibiscus and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
