Description
A classic Japanese sencha tea. The large dark green leaves brew to a fresh, slightly astringent and bright green infusion.
Brewing
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 75-85C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
