Description
From Fujian, golden monkey is among the finest Chinese black teas available today. The name comes from the leaves monkey paw appearance. One leaf and one bud are hand processed to producea a tea with an abundance of aroma and flavour.

Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 2-5 minutes.
