New Zealand Kawakawa from Poverty Bay is blended with a traditional Chinese Sencha tea base; Sen (Green) cha (tea). Steam processing produces a leafy tea that brews to a lovely golden liquor. The taste is clean, vegetal and refreshing with some added peppery notes from the Kawakawa leaf.
Brewing
Use 1 pyramid tea bag per person. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the tea bag and infuse for 2-3 minutes.
