This uplifting rooibos infusion delivers the mellow caramel earthiness of rooibos and the bright citrusy notes of lime and lemon. Hints of peach and apple bringing a light sweetness. Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the rooibos and infuse for 5-7 minutes.
