Ginger root has been used for centuries in traditional medicine to treat various ailments. Brewing

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1-2 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
