Preparation Instructions
- Traditional Matcha: 1-2 tsp powder with 60-80ml hot water (70-80°C)
- Matcha Latte: 1-2 tsp powder with small amount of hot water, whisk, then add steamed milk
- Whisking: Use bamboo whisk (chasen) in M or W motions until frothy
- Water Temperature: 70-80°C (not boiling)

Brewing
Use 1 tsp per cup. Pour a few drops of freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the powder to turn the tea into a paste, add the remaining water and drink immediately.
