Green tea and apple are combined with the light spiciness of ginger and delicate quince aroma.
Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 80-90C, over the leaves and infuse for 2-3 minutes.
