Description
This rare, high grown, golden tippy Yunnan is one of the most prized Chinese black teas in the world. Very smooth and malty with pleasing floral overtones and a tinge of citrus. It has a spicy character and a bouquet reminiscent of cocoa.
Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 90C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-3 minutes. May be infused a number of times.
