Description
Manuka is one of our finest native infusions. The leaves of the manuka tree have traditionally been used for medicinal purposes but were also used to brew a tea-like drink. When infused, manuka leaf has a subtle pine-like flavour and aroma. The honey produced from manuka is claimed to have many useful medicinal properties.
Brewing
Use 1 teabag per cup or per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the teabag and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
