t leaf T Advent Calendar Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

• Open to New Zealand residents
• Employees of t leaf T and their immediate families are excluded
• One email registration per person/household

• Daily deals available from 8:00 AM NZDT to 11:59 PM NZDT each day
• Email subscribers receive daily deal notifications at 8:00 AM NZDT
• Prize draw entry automatically granted upon email signup
• Additional entries available through social media sharing using #tleafTadvent

2. DAILY DEALS

• Each daily deal is subject to stock availability
• Deals cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• t leaf T reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if stock becomes unavailable

• t leaf T reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any daily deal due to:
  • Technical difficulties or system failures
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or supply chain disruptions)
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
• In such cases, customers will be notified via email and social media
• No compensation will be provided for missed opportunities due to technical issues

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• Payment must be completed during the deal period (8 AM - 11:59 PM NZDT)
• Standard shipping charges apply unless otherwise stated

3. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

• By subscribing, customers consent to receive daily promotional emails during the promotion period
• Customers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails
• Unsubscribing does not affect existing prize draw entries

• t leaf T aims to send emails at 8:00 AM NZDT but cannot guarantee exact delivery times
• Email delivery depends on third-party email service providers
• t leaf T is not responsible for emails not received due to spam filters or technical issues

4. PRIZE DRAW - $300 TEA & INFUSIONS

• One (1) prize of $300 worth of t leaf T teas and infusions
• Prize selection at t leaf T's discretion
• No cash alternative available
• Prize value is based on current retail prices

• Automatic Entry: One entry for email subscription signup
• Social Media Entries: One additional entry per qualifying social media share:
  • Must use hashtag #tleafTadvent
  • Must be posted to Facebook or Instagram
  • Profile must be public or shared post must be visible to t leaf T
  • Maximum of one entry per platform per day (max 2 additional entries daily)

• Winner selected by random draw on 27th December 2025
• Winner notified by email within 48 hours of draw
• Winner must respond within 7 days to claim prize
• If winner doesn't respond, a new winner will be drawn

• Prize delivered to New Zealand addresses only
• Standard shipping terms apply
• Prize must be claimed by 31st January 2026

5. SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS

• Posts must include #tleafTadvent hashtag
• Posts must be original (not shares/reposts of t leaf T content)
• Posts must comply with respective social media platform terms
• t leaf T reserves the right to verify and validate social media entries

• By participating, entrants grant t leaf T permission to use their social media content for promotional purposes
• t leaf T may feature participant posts on official channels

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Personal information collected in accordance with t leaf T Privacy Policy
• Email addresses used only for promotion communications and winner notification
• Participants may request data deletion after promotion ends

• t leaf T's liability limited to the value of products purchased or prize value
• Not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Not liable for technical failures, network issues, or third-party service interruptions

• t leaf T reserves the right to modify these terms with 24 hours notice via website

• t leaf T's decision is final on all matters

• t leaf T reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud, manipulation, or violation of terms and conditions
• Multiple accounts or automated entries will result in disqualification
