NON-DELIVERY NEW ZEALAND
If your order is not received within five business days of the targeted delivery time then please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We will investigate the delay and if the order cannot be located we will resend it. Claims for non-delivery after 30 days from the date of order will not be accepted.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
If your order arrives broken or damaged we will arrange to get the product back and either replace the damaged product or refund you at our descretion.
Change of mind
If your order simply turns out not to be quite what you had in mind - send it back to us, unopened for tea, within one week of receipt and we’ll happily exchange the product or provide a refund.
The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we’ll cover the cost of sending any replacement back to you.

You can expect that items will usually arrive at the destination within the below time frame specified. International orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and are shipped using New Zealand Post International Air. Our targeted delivery times are only reasonable estimates based on actual experience. Once an order arrives at an international border it may be subject to inspection, taxes, duties etc. These processes are out of the control of t leaf T and we cannot accept any responsibility for delays once the order has left our facility. Covid-19 is currently negatively affecting delivery times and this will only get worse during the Christmas and holiday season.

The currency converter used on this website is an estimate which is updated daily. You may choose any of the currencies to shop with us but we process orders in New Zealand dollars which means your order confirmation will appear in New Zealand dollars, not the currency you chose.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES
Please be advised that t leaf T is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. Any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility as we cannot anticipate or estimate these extra international fees and they are not included with the international shipping costs calculated during order checkout. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees before placing your order and then pay them once levied in order to receive your package as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
COUNTRY BORDER CONTROLS FOR TEA PRODUCTS
There may be importation restrictions that we are unaware of in any country and we cannot guarantee that teas and infusions will be allowed entry. If a tea is imported that does not meet a border requirements then the product could be heat treated at the importers expense or destroyed. We recommend that customers refer to their governments’ importation guidelines.
