Description
One of the finest oolongs in the world; from the Dong Ding region of Taiwan. The tender leaves and buds brew a pale, golden-green cup with a superb full-bodied flavour and lingering aftertaste. Highly aromatic with subtle floral tones.
Brewing
Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1 to 1 1/2 tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 95C, over the leaves. Infuse for 5-7 minutes, serve and re-steep with freshly boiled water. Can be infused a number of times.
