Description
Raspberry leaf has a rich flavour similar to green tea and has traditionally been used for centuries during pregnancy. NOTE: If you are pregnant, or may be, do not consume until seeking advice from a health professional.
Brewing
Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1-2 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the raspberry leaves and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
