A surprising combination that really works! The aroma is chocolate. On infusion, the chilli combines with the cocoa, apple, chocolate and strawberry pieces to make a satisfying and memorable brew.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the fruit and infuse for 5-7 minutes. apple pieces, cocoa kernels, chocolate flakes (sugar, cocoa mass,cocoa powder) strawberry bits, safflower petals, chilli pods, flavour.
